Socket Socket Expands Network to Vandalia, MO

October 5, 1999 - Socket Internet Services Corporation recently established Internet Access in Vandalia, Missouri. This brings our total POP locations to 50 in Missouri.

This new POP also replaces the POP's in Middletown, Silex and Eolia Missouri, and should greatly increase their reliability. Telephone numbers in these cities have not changed; the modem pools have switched to V.90 modems and have grown by 50%. The current services should also be improved by the increased bandwidth now available in these towns.
